Owner Shawn Moss has grow up in the kitchen with his family’s catering business. He has gained extensive experience in providing all imaginable meal types for a variety of event styles with the number of guest ranging from 10 to 5,000. Their catering business became known for creative presentation of buffets, appetizers, barbecues, and plated meals.
Valuing quality, fresh and delicious food, ethics and a desire to not only give back, but also partner with the community, in March 2013, Shawn opened “Shawn’s Smokehouse BBQ” in Culpeper, VA. One year later, Shawn’s Smokehouse Barbecue features some of the most incredible barbecue you have ever tasted!
