Brookside Rehab and Nursing Center was built on the premise of providing quality healthcare to its residents. Throughout the years, we have provided an array of services, including subacute rehabilitation for patients following injury or hospitalization, long-term care for those who choose Brookside as their permanent place of residence, and short-term care for those who desire a temporary stay at Brookside. Furthermore, we have a specialized unit for individuals struggling with Alzheimers and/or dementia.
