The Fauquier County Department of Economic Development is charged by the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors to work to expand the County's economic base by developing three areas of business development: (1) assist businesses already established in Fauquier Count, (2) encourage new businesses to locate to Fauquier County, and (3) enhance the development of tourism in Fauquier County.
