RappCats is a volunteer-run, 501(c)3 organization working to help the stray, abused, abandoned and injured cats of Rappahannock County.
RappCats maintains the RappCats Adoption Center, the only community cat shelter in Rappahannock County since the County-funded shelter accepts only dogs.
